We strive to maintain high availability for our platform. Specific uptime commitments are defined in the service tier you choose. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance windows, third-party services, or force majeure events.

Some features require payment. All fees are clearly communicated and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers.

The RunxBuild platform, including our website, design, logo, and documentation, is owned by RunxBuild and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunxBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
